I’ve discovered what an amazing power positive thinking, an open mind and the wish to be a better person can do to the way you look at life.
I started to try to see the positive side of everything years ago and it has helped me a lot in both relations, school, music and of course, professionally.
Recently I committed myself to take it to the next level.
I’ve created a new habit that has made everything much better for me.
It is said that it takes 21 days to create a habit, so why not start today?
After experiencing this change in myself and others I’ve shown this to, I now want to spread the word. If you are interested, please let me know.

I’ve put together an easy to understand action plan, to do every morning. It takes 5 to 15 minutes depending on who you are. I’d love to share it, to guide and help you so please let me know, and I’ll send it to you and help you get started.
There is the action plan in English and Swedish and the words said in the video below and I’ve also got the video as an .mp4 file to be used on iPods or mobiles or anything that plays those files. I’ll be happy to send that one too.
Recap of the plan:
First you fill in a list of six people in your life who’s got a characteristic you admire and want to become better at yourself.
Everyday you tell yourself to become better at these things, while thinking about when someone you know does this. Sometimes it’s easier to see others do great things than yourself.
Then there comes a list of daily objectives.
1. welcome the day – and for this I use this fantastic video from youtube:
2. Smile to everyone you meet and share your life and your light
3. GIVE HELP and SHARE without expecting anything in return
4. Learn to see the positive, the passion and the best side of everyone, i mean everyone
5. Stand up for your self and your believes. Say: I have complete trust in myself and what I do
6. Be grateful – For your health, love, joy, actions, misstakes, relations and new learnings
Then on the back there are some statements for everyone to make their own.
Filling my body and mind with these things every morning has been a new revelation to me. I’m more at peace with myself and it feels much easier to face anger, hate, sorrow, critics and such with understanding, forgiveness and love.
Yesterday I actually understood, forgave and gave love to someone who made fun of me, criticized me and laughed at me, and I did it straight to their faces, without thinking first.
